It was an inspiring demonstration featuring USA Wushu Champ, Alfred Hsing as the legendary Monkey King and countless other talented artisans. The presentation featured a beautifully crafted large Chinese Red Dragon Costume and original music from Daichi Yoshida.
For countless generations, the Chinese Dragon Dance is revered by many as a source of inspiration and pride. To operate the costume, artisans must cooperate and work together in a seamless fashion. If one individual fails to cooperate, the performance cannot be accomplished. Therefore, the Chinese Dragon Dance is a symbol of camaraderie, hope, and triumph.
